Apple Beating Google in App Downloads

Downloads for April indicate that the total market for apps grew by 1.5% in the month. Also, the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) App Store posted a small revenue gain, compared with a small revenue loss at the Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) Google Play store.
