Topping the list is a stylish compact luxury SUV that offers a long list of amenities yet is loaded with value.
On to the deals. KBB’s top deal for the month is a lease offer from General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) for a 2015 Buick Encore compact luxury sport utility vehicle (SUV). The vehicle carries a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $24,990, and Buick is offering a 24-month lease for zero down payment and monthly payments of $199.
GM also offers a top leasing deal on its Chevy Spark electric vehicle (EV). The MSRP on the car is $27,645 and Chevy is offering a 39-month lease for no cash down payment and monthly payments of $139.

The best cash-back deal of the month comes from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (NYSE: FCAU). A Fiat 500L with an MSRP of $19,995 is available with a cash-back offer of $4,500.
Nissan is promoting its Leaf EV with a cash-back deal worth $3,400 and 0% financing for 60 months. The MSRP on the Leaf is $29,860.
Another Buick is on offer from GM. The lease deal for a mid-size Regal is available for a $259 cash down payment and $259 a month for 39 months. The MSRP on the car is $32,675.
Hyundai is offering $4,000 cash back for buyers of a Sonata Hybrid. The MSRP on the vehicle is $26,825.
Chrysler is also promoting its mid-size Chrysler 200 with a $2,000 cash back offer and 0% financing for 60 months. The car’s MSRP is $24,580.
The Chevy Malibu from GM has an MSRP of $24,560 and the automaker is offering a lease deal for $500 cash down payment and $211 a month for 39 months.
Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) is offering $4,500 cash back on its full-size Taurus. The MSRP on the car is $30,310.
The final deal among the 10 best comes from Volkswagen. The German carmaker is offering a lease on its Tiguan compact SUV, which carries an MSRP of $24,503. The deal lets customers pay a $2,499 cash down payment and $179 a month for 36 months.
