The company intends to price its 20.0 million shares in the range of $19 to $21 per share, with an overallotment option for an additional 3.0 million shares. At the maximum price, the entire offering is valued up to $483.0 million. The company intends to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol YETI.
The underwriters for the offering are Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Baird, Piper Jaffray, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Keybanc, William Blair, Raymond James, Stifel and Academy Securities.

Over the same period, operating income grew from $15.2 million to $64.0 million, representing a CAGR of 43%, net income grew from $7.3 million to $15.4 million, representing a CAGR of 21%, Adjusted Operating Income grew from $16.3 million to $76.0 million, representing a CAGR of 47%, Adjusted Net Income grew from $8.0 million to $23.1 million, representing a CAGR of 30%, and our Adjusted EBITDA increased from $21.8 million to $97.5 million, representing a CAGR of 45%.
Yeti intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
