The view has to be good. The most searched listing on Realtor.com for the past week is on top of a nine-story building in Monroe, Louisiana. It is priced at $1.1 million. It is also in a dirt-poor city.

The house at 223 S. Grand Street, Unit 901, in Monroe has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 2,553 square foot layout.

The listing:
