(AKS) AK Steel reportedly getting a $40 per share bid from Arcelor Mittal; AKS up 18% pre-market.
(AMZN) Amazon.com has noted that it has already received more than 1 million pre-orders even with more than 75 days to the release.
(BDY) Bradley Pharmaceuticals announced its non-executive Chairman is stepping down.
(BRNC) Bronco Drilling $0.44 EPS vs $0.53e.
(CBB) Cincinnati Bell $0.08 EPS vs $0.08e.
(DYN) Dynegy $0.03 EPS vs $0.03e; it sees 2007 operating cash flow between $485-585 million and a range of free cash flow between $135-235 million. The company’s new 2007 EBITDA estimates include an anticipated range of $1.01 billion to $1.12 billion compared to the previous estimated range of $1.02 billion to $1.13 billion.

(ISTA) ISTA Pharm announces statistically significant preliminary results from its U.S. Phase II/III clinical study of bepotastine (ISTA for the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis; the study demonstrate both concentrations were highly statistically significant in the reduction of the first primary and secondary endpoints.

(MOT) Motorola has apparently kept Carl Icahn off their board .

(PRAI) PRA International names new CEO and named a separate President/COO.
(RTRSY) Reuters bid from Thomson was confirmed.
(SOMX) Somaxon Pharma -$0.38 EPS vs -$0.50e.
(URBN) Urban Outfitters revenues $314.5M vs $315.4M(e); total s-s-s -2% for quarter.
(WMG) Warner Music Group -$0.10 EPS vs -$0.10e.
