(GIS) General Mills $0.81 EPS vs $0.79 estimate.
(KMX) CarMax $0.29 EPS vs $0.29e; lowered 2008 guidance to $0.92-0.98 vs. prior guidance of $1.03-1.14.
(KWD) Kellwood received a $21 non-binding offer proposal from Sun Capital.
