The Hang Seng fell .9% to 26,316. China Construction Bank fell 7.4% to 7.07. China Life rose 2.1% to 41.05. China Mobile (CHL) rose 2.4% to 120.9.
The Shanghai Composite fell 1.1% to 5,426.
