The Nikkei fell .7% to 15,396. Docomo (DCM) was up 2.3% to 175000. Softbank was down 2.8% to 2565.
The Hang Seng was down 1.4% to 28,251. China Netcom (CN) was down 2.1% to 20.55. China Petroleum (SNP) was off 3.4% to 11.22.
The Shanghai Composite fell .9% to 5,265.
