- Petrobras Brasiliero (PBR) downgrades to Sell from Hold at Citigroup.
- Petrobras Energia (PZE) downgraded to Underperform from Peer Perform at Bear Stearns.
- PPD Inc. (PPDI) raised to Buy at UBS.
- Shutterffly (SFLY) raised to Buy at Jefferies.
