Asia Market and Europe Open 11/18/2008

ChinaMarkets in Asia fell.

The Nikkei was off 2.3% to 8,328. Sony (SNE) was off due to weakening consumer spending. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial  joined a sell-off in global banks.

The Hang Seng fell 5.5% to 12,792.

The Shanghai Composite dropped 6.3% to 1,902.

At the open, the FTSE dropped .3% to 4,120. The Dax was up .3% to 4,571. The CAC 40 moved up .2% to 3,189.
