Markets in Asia were mixed.
The Nikkei rose 1.3% to 10,389. Toyota (TM) rose over 3%.
The Hang Seng rose .8% to 20,647.
The Shanghai Composite was down 2.1% to 3,356.
At the open, the FTSE was up .9% to 4,685 RBS (RBS) rose on strong results. The Dax was up 1% to 5,406.
