Asia Markets And Europe Open 9/3/2009: Shanghai Up 5%

Markets in Asia were mixed
The Nikkei fell .5% to 10,214. Honda (HMC) and Toyota (TM) both dropped more than 2%.
The Hang Seng rose 1.4% to 19,786.
The Shanghai Composite rose 4.8% to 2,845.
At the open in Europe. the FTSE rose .4% to 4,835. The Dax was higher by .2% to 5,332 and the CAC 40 was up .3%.
