American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) is up over 6% on its debt for equity swap and on a spin-off.  The gain is over 6% this morning after yesterday’s $12 analyst call killed the stock.

Guess? Inc. (NYSE: GES) is up over 8% after beating earnings and raising guidance.

Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: HGSI) is down over 3% after announcing it is selling up to 12.5 million shares of common stock.

Netlist Inc. (NASDAQ: NLST) is down sharply but well above last night’s lows on a patent infringement case.

Origin Agritech Limited (NASDAQ: SEED) is hitting new 52-week highs and is being chased yet again by AgFeed Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEED).
