These are this Tuesday’s top four day trader and active trader alert stories.  We have more details and analysis via links to each story at VSInvestor.com:

Celgene Corporation (NASDAQ: CELG) is trading lower this morning after being lower in after-hours trading.  It is acquiring a company, but also had positive study data.

Diedrich Coffee (NASDAQ: DDRX) is probably seeing its last active day now that Peet’s Coffee & Tea (NASDAQ: PEET) stepped aside and will let Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (NASDAQ: GMCR) buy the company for $35.00 per share.

Geron Corporation (NASDAQ: GERN) is trading up over 5% on positive vaccine study data.

Yongye International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YONG) is up almost 8% on aggressive 2010 growth goals.
