First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) is still up 2.75% on its guidance, but that is short of its highs in the after-hours session on mixed guidance.

Conseco, Inc. (NYSE: CNO) is down over 3% on a secondary pricing.

Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: HOV) is down 6% after earnings in the after-hours session, but off its lows.

Cedar Fair LP (NYSE: FUN) is up 27% on a possible LBO.

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) is down 5% in after-hours trading on its secondary.
