The Hang Seng dropped .7% to 22,269. China Life (NYSE:LFC) fell.
The Shanghai Composite was down 1.9% to 3,193.
At the open in Europe, the FTSE was off .3% to 5,513. The Dax dropped .7% to 5,994. The CAC 40 was down .5%.
