Asia Markets And Europe Open (2/5/2010) Hong Kong Collapses

Markets in Asia were sharply lower.
The Nikkei fell 2.9% to 10,057.
The Hang Seng fell 3.3% to 19,675.
The Shanghai Composite fell 1.6% to 2,939.
At the open in Europe, the FTSE was down .4% to 5,118. Barclays (NYSE: BCS) fell. The Dax was off .1% to 5,526. The CAC 40 dropped .4% to 3,673.
