Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTIC) is up over 3% ahead of its meeting and after getting a CRL from the FDA.

Palm, Inc. (NASDAQ: PALM) is up double-digits and over $5.00 on continued rumors taking shape.
