Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE: GS) is up over 1% after beating earnings handily and disclosing an FSA inquiry in the U.K.

MGM Mirage (NYSE: MGM) is up 3% on an analyst upgrade.

International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) is down almost 3% on beating earnings but backlog was lower and currency played a role.

Human Genome Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: HGSI) is down over 5% after running into secondary endpoint issues in its lupus study.

Array BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) is the biggest winner so far this morning on a drug pact that was an alternative to a merger.
