It may have felt like earnings are over and maybe that now earnings don’t matter but if you look through the winners in a down market it is often those which are blowing out earnings. (NYSE: M), Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), DryShips, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRYS), Whole Foods Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: WFMI), Nordstrom Inc. (NYSE: JWN), and NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA).
