Today is almost nothing to do with earnings and some of these moves may be more due to jobs data being poor rather than stock news.  Stocks on the move this morning are Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU), Bottomline Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPAY), Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: CETV), Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS), OMNI Energy Services Corp. (NASDAQ: OMNI), and RCM Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: RCMT).

Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU) closed at $76.66, but shares are down over 2.5% at $74.71 on over 150,000 shares.  This is just the market and a hot go-to stock.

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPAY) is down almost 11% at $14.60 after a $16.39 close.  This is on the heels of a 4.2 million share secondary offering at $14.50 per share.

Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: CETV) closed at $25.76, but shares are down 6% at $24.20 on about 10,000 shares.

Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS) is down this morning after a 4.46 million share secondary offering at a price of $27.00 per share.  Shares closed at $27.51 yesterday, and shares are down 2.6% at $26.79 on about 300,000 shares pre-market.

OMNI Energy Services Corp. (NASDAQ: OMNI) is being acquired for $2.75 per share after a $2.12 close on Thursday.  Shares are up over 29% at $2.75 on over 130,000 shares.

RCM Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: RCMT) is the biggest winner because of an acquisition offer.  Shares are up almost 43% at $5.00, but volume is thin and this was a $45 million stock before the offer.
