Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) has filed suit against Motorola (NYSE: MOT) alleging a breach of six patents.
Apple ‘s suits are against Motorola Inc. and Motorola Mobility Inc. They were filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. The patents in question do not involve the same intellectual property covered in Motorola IP suits pending against Apple
“The main focus of these lawsuits centers in on the most important technology of all pertaining to the next generation smartphones: Multi-Touch,” writes Patently Apple.
