Melco Crown PBL (NASDAQ: MPEL) Reiterated Buy and target raised to $12.40 at UBS.
PetSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM) Raised to Buy at Goldman Sachs.
PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) Cut to Hold at S&P Equity Research (late-Wednesday call).
SINA Corporation (NASDAQ: SINA) Cut to Sell at Goldman Sachs.
