Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) is up more than 5% premarket to $14.21, relative to a 52-week range of $12.94-$14.84. Yahoo! announced that Alibaba Group, which it owns, will be receiving royalties from spinoff Alipay.
