Juniper Networks Inc. (NYSE: JNPR) cut to Sell at Goldman Sachs.
Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) cut to Neutral at Stern Agee and maintained Neutral at Credit Suisse.
Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: MNTA) cut to Underperform at BofA/Merrill Lynch.
OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE) cut to Hold at Argus.
RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) cut to Neutral at BofA/Merrill Lynch (FULL NOTE).
Rio Tinto PLC (NYSE: RIO) cut to Sell at Goldman Sachs.
Telefonica S.A. (NYSE: TEF) raised to Overweight at Morgan Stanley.
Transocean Ltd. Co. (NYSE: RIG) reiterated Buy with $62 target at Argus.
Unum Group (NYSE: UNM) cut to Neutral at BofA/Merrill Lynch.
