Boardwalk Pipeline Partners L.P. (NYSE: BWP) was raised to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse.

Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at KeyBanc.

CenterPoint Energy Inc. (NYSE: CNP) was initiated with a Buy rating at KeyBanc.

Deutsche Bank A.G. (NYSE: DB) was raised to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse and raised to Overweight from Neutral at J.P. Morgan.

Pandora Media Inc. (NYSE: P) was initiated with a Sector Perform rating at RBC Capital Markets.

PulteGroup Inc. (NYSE: PHM) was downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at J.P. Morgan.

Rosetta Resources Inc. (NASDAQ: ROSE) was reinstated as Outperform with a $62 price target at Credit Suisse.

SINA Corp. (NASDAQ: SINA) was raised to Buy from Hold at Jefferies.

Superior Energy Services Inc. (NYSE: SPN) was raised to Buy from Hold at Stern Agee.

Jefferies identified its top oil and gas stocks to buy amid the recent turmoil.
