Lowe’s Companies Inc. (NYSE: LOW) was raised to Buy from Neutral at ISI Group.

Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) was raised to Buy from Neutral with $90 price target at Stern Agee.
Marathon Oil Corp. (NYSE: MRO) was raised to Outperform from Neutral at Macquarie.
Myriad Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Mizuho.
Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL) was reiterated Buy on the Focus List at Credit Suisse, but the firm raised its earnings estimates.
Travelers Companies Inc. (NYSE: TRV) was started as Outperform at Raymond James.
U.S. Auto Parts Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTS) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Roth Capital.
