AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. (NYSE: AU) was downgraded to Sell from an already cautious Neutral at UBS.
Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP) was started as Outperform at Raymond James.
E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. (NYSE: DD) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at BofA/Merrill Lynch.
GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) was upgraded to Outperform from Perform at Oppenheimer.
Groupon Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) was upgraded to Buy from Hold after the investor meeting by Deutsche Bank. Shares are indicated up 7%.
Myriad Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) has a horse race after the Supreme Court denied patents covering your genes but does allow synthetic DNA patenting. The stock was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at JMP Securities. It was also downgraded to Sector Perform from Outperform at RBC Capital and to Neutral from Buy at BofA/Merrill Lynch.
Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (NYSE: RBS) was started as Buy at Jefferies.
SolarCity Corp. (NASDAQ: SCTY) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.
Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Sterne Agee.
