Dollar General Corp. (NYSE: DG) is trading down 3% after Goldman Sachs issued a new Neutral rating on the stock.

F5 Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at Piper Jaffray.

Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) was downgraded to Sell from Neutral and the price target was cut to $3 from $53 at Goldman Sachs.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) was downgraded to hold at Jefferies after surging short interest report.

SodaStream International Ltd. (NASDAQ: SODA) was downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer.

Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) was started as a Neutral rating and $7 price target at J.P. Morgan.

Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

VMware Inc. (NYSE: VMW) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight and the price target was cut to $75 from $85 by Evercore.

Cowen & Co. issued a list of eight biotech stocks to buy that it thinks will win this earnings season.
