Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH) was raised to Buy from Neutral with a $90 price target at Goldman Sachs.

Crocs Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) was cut to Neutral from Outperform at Wedbush.

General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) was reiterated as Buy and the price target was raised to $28 from $25 as the stock was called very undervalued at Argus.

Juniper Networks Inc. (NYSE: JNPR) was cut to Hold from Neutral at RW Baird.

Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) was cut to Underperform from Perform at Oppenheimer.

Onyx Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ONXX) was cut to Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Sonoco Products Co. (NYSE: SON) was raised to Buy from Neutral at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

VF Corp. (NYSE: VFC) was cut to Neutral from Outperform, but the price target was raised to $208 from $188 at Credit Suisse.

UBS has issued a report calling the sell-off in refining stocks due to higher oil prices an attractive entry point for what has been a battered sector.
