PulteGroup Inc. (NYSE: PHM) was raised to Outperform from Neutral but the price target was cut to $21 from $23.50 by Credit Suisse.
Raytheon Co. (NYSE: RTN) was raised to Neutral from Underperform with a $79 price target at BofA/Merrill Lynch.
Teradyne Inc. (NYSE: TER) was started as Outperform at Credit Suisse.
Tesla Motors Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) was raised to Buy from Hold with a whopping $160 price target at Deutsche Bank.
Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (NYSE: VSH) was initiated as Buy with a $19 price target at BofA/Merrill Lynch.
