Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: LGND) was downgraded to Sell from an already-cautious Hold rating by Cantor Fitzgerald, and its new price target is $12 lower than the current price at $37.
Marathon Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: MPC) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Macquarie.
Mosaic Co. (NYSE: MOS) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy after recent Uralkali potash implosion news at UBS.
Teradyne Inc. (NYSE: TER) was removed from the U.S. Focus List at Credit Suisse.
ValueClick Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Needham and downgraded to Underperform at Raymond James.
