FuelCell Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: FCEL) was raised to Outperform from Market Perform and given a $3 price target (versus $2.27 Tuesday close) at Cowen & Co. The fuel cell player was up 6% to $2.41 in early trading indications.
JDS Uniphase (NASDAQ: JDSU) met earnings expectations but guided lower. The fiber and communications equipment company was downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at Piper Jaffray. It was also downgraded to Neutral from Buy at B. Riley.
King Digital Entertainment PLC (NYSE: KING) was hammered on Wednesday after the company issued a profit warning Tuesday night. Several firms downgraded King, including Deutsche Bank, Barclays, JPMorgan, RBC Capital Markets, BofA Merrill Lynch and more.
SunEdison, Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) was started as Market Perform at Cowen. Keep in mind that SunEdison was just raised to Buy at Goldman Sachs on Tuesday.

Abengoa Yield PLC (NASDAQ: ABY) was raised to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.
Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) was started as Hold at Stifel.
Coeur Mining Inc. (NYSE: CDE) was maintained as Buy but the price target was cut to $14 from $18 (versus $8.40 Tuesday close) at Sterne Agee.
Demandware, Inc. (NYSE: DWRE) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.
eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) was started as Hold at Stifel.
Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) was started as Buy at Stifel.
FireEye (NASDAQ: FEYE) was started as Overweight at Piper Jaffray

GT Advanced Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: GTAT) was started as Outperform at Cowen.

Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVAX) was started as Buy at Citigroup.
Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (NYSE: PANW) was started as Overweight at Piper Jaffray.
Pandora Media, Inc. (NYSE: P) was started as Buy at Stifel.
Regado Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGDO) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Cowen & Co.
Southern Company (NYSE: SO) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight by Morgan Stanley.
Twitter, Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) was started as Hold at Stifel.
