Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ALNY) was started as Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Citrix Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) was started as Underweight with a $63 price target (versus a $62.31 close) at Piper Jaffray.

Empire State Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

Freescale Semiconductor Ltd. (NYSE: FSL) was raised to Outperform from Market Perform at Bernstein.

GoPro Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) was raised to Overweight from Neutral with a $70 price target (versus a $60.05 close) at J.P. Morgan. As a reminder, this upgrade is within two weeks of a large lockup expiration date.

Goodrich Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: GDP) was downgraded to Underweight from Overweight at J.P. Morgan.

Hain Celestial Group Inc. (NASDAQ: HAIN) was downgraded to Sector Perform from Outperform with a $115 price target at RBC Capital Markets.

Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE: HPQ) was started as Buy with a $47 price objective (versus a $38.47 close) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Harley-Davidson Inc. (NYSE: HOG) was started as Outperform at Wedbush Securities.

Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) was maintained as Hold at Canaccord Genuity after earnings, but the firm did raise its price target to $48 from $42.

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) was started as Overweight with a $54 price target (versus a $47.17 close) at Piper Jaffray.

Oracle Corp. (NYSE: ORCL) was started as Neutral at Piper Jaffray.

Red Hat Inc. (NYSE: RHT) was started as Overweight with a $68 price target (versus a $58.42 close) at Piper Jaffray.

Salesforce.com Inc. (NYSE: CRM) was started as Overweight with a $64 price target (versus a $55.48 close) at Piper Jaffray.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA) was raised to Buy at Sterne Agee, and the drug maker was given a $65 price target.

VMware Inc. (NYSE: VMW) was started as Overweight with a $69 price target (versus a $78.13 close) at Piper Jaffray.
