ADT Corp. (NYSE: ADT) was raised to Outperform from Perform at Oppenheimer.

American Express Co. (NYSE: AXP) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Guggenheim.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (NYSE: BBVA) was raised to Outperform from Underperform at BNP Paribas.

Box Inc. (NYSE: BOX) was down almost 1% at $20.00 after the quiet period expired, due in part to tame coverage being issued. It was started as follows: as Market Perform at BMO Capital Markets. Sector Perform at Pac-Crest, Market Perform at Wells Fargo and Neutral at J.P. Morgan. Credit Suisse was the one firm that assigned an Outperform rating.

Freescale Semiconductor Ltd. (NYSE: FSL) was downgraded to Sector Perform from Outperform at RBC Capital Markets.

IMAX Corp. (NYSE: IMAX) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Canaccord Genuity.

Micron Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) was raised to Outperform from Neutral at Macquarie.

Nordstrom Inc. (NYSE: JWN) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Barclays.

Macy’s Inc. (NYSE: M) was started as Underweight at Barclays.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: REGN) was started as Outperform at Bernstein.

Support.com Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRT) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Travelers Companies Inc. (NYSE: TRV) was raised to Neutral from Sell at Citigroup.

Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri AS (NYSE: TKC) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.
