BlackBerry Ltd. (NASDAQ: BBRY) was downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.

D.R. Horton Inc. (NYSE: DHI) was raised to Outperform from Market Perform at JMP Securities.

F5 Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight and the price target was kept at $114 (versus a $117.96 close) at Barclays.

The Fresh Market Inc. (NASDAQ: TFM) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) was reiterated as Outperform with a $75 price target (versus a $60.89 close) at Credit Suisse.

Juniper Networks Inc. (NYSE: JNPR) was raised to Buy from Neutral and the price target was raised to $28 from $26 (versus a $23.57 close) at Goldman Sachs.

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at JMP Securities.

Netgear Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR) was raised to Neutral from Sell with a $32 price target (versus a $31.51 close) at Goldman Sachs.

Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS) was raised to Neutral from Reduce at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE: PBF) was raised to Outperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Royal Dutch Shell PLC (NYSE: RDS-A) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at UBS.

Ryland Group Inc. (NYSE: RYL) was raised to Outperform from Market Perform at JMP Securities.

Statoil ASA (NYSE: STO) was raised to Buy from Neutral at UBS.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (NYSE: TSM) was downgraded to Underperform from Sector Perform at Pacific Crest.

United Continental Holdings Inc. (NYSE: UAL) was reiterated as Outperform with a $98 price target (versus a $66.67 close) at Credit Suisse.

Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: VNDA) was started as Buy at Jefferies.
