The company was hit with another shareholder lawsuit today related to the alleged sale of counterfeit goods.
Atlas Resource Partners LP (NYSE: ARP) posted a new 52-week low on Monday. Shares dropped about 7.3% to a low of $6.56 from Friday’s closing price of $7.08. The stock’s 52-week high is $20.94. Volume totaled more than 1.2 million shares, nearly double the stock’s the daily average of around 800,000. The company had no specific news today.
