Volume was about equal to the daily average of around nearly 8.5 million shares traded. The financial services company had no specific news today.
Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. (NYSE: POT) posted a new low on Wednesday. Shares dropped less than 0.01% to a low of $17.82 from Tuesday’s closing price of $17.86. The stock’s 52-week high is $37.60. Volume was about equal to the daily average of around 7 million shares. The fertilizer maker had no specific news today, but shares appear to be headed for a higher close on Wednesday.
Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: APC) dropped about 2.8% on Wednesday to post a new 52-week low at $50.35 after closing at $95.94 on Tuesday. The stock’s 52-week high is $95.94.
