Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) was raised to Buy from Hold and the price target was raised to $970 from $800 (versus a $759.47 prior close) at Pivotal Research. The consensus analyst price target is $926.80, and the 52-week trading range is $529.00 to $810.35.
Exelon Corp. (NYSE: EXC) was started as Neutral with a price target of $37 (versus a $34.70 close) at Goldman Sachs. Exelon has a consensus price target of $35.68 and a 52-week range of $25.09 to $35.95.
Noble Corp. PLC (NYSE: NE) was downgraded to Hold from Buy with an $11 price target (versus a $9.56 close) at Societe Generale. It has a consensus price target of $9.58 and a 52-week range of $6.66 to $18.58.
Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. (NYSE: POT) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at HSBC. The consensus price target is $17.81, and shares trade in a 52-week range of $14.64 to $33.80.
Seagate Technology PLC (NASDAQ: STX) was started as Market Perform with a $36 price target (versus a $33.23 close) at Cowen. The consensus price target is $36.22, and the 52-week range is $26.25 to $60.09. Seagate was indicated 3% higher on Monday after Barron’s touted it as having an enticing 7.5% dividend yield.
Western Digital Corp. (NYSE: WDC) was started as Market Perform with a $46 price target (versus a $43.10 close) at Cowen. The stock has a consensus price target of $70.90 and a 52-week trading range of $38.64 to $102.07.

Apple Hospitality REIT Inc. (NYSE: APLE) was started as Market Perform with a $20 price target (versus an $18.95 close) at FBR Capital Markets.
Armada Hoffler Properties Inc. (NYSE: AHH) was reiterated as Buy and the fair value estimate was raised to $13 from $12 at Janney.
AvalonBay Communities Inc. (NYSE: AVB) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy with a $184 price target (versus a $189.20 close) at UBS.
Bloomin’ Brands Inc. (NASDAQ: BLMN) was raised to Outperform from Neutral with a $21 price target (versus a $17.12 close) at Credit Suisse.
Cabot Corp. (NYSE: CBT) was downgraded to Sector Weight from Overweight at KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Capstead Mortgage Corp. (NYSE: CMO) was downgraded to Market from Outperform at $9.80 at Wells Fargo.
Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Macquarie.
Lithia Motors Inc. (NYSE: LAD) was started as Buy with a $105 price target (versus a $79.68 close) at Jefferies.
Qlik Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: QLIK) was downgraded to Hold from Buy with a $30 price target (versus a $29.07 close) at Deutsche Bank. Citigroup cut Qlik to Neutral from Buy as well.
Restaurant Brands International Inc. (NYSE: QSR) was raised to Outperform from Sector Perform with a $48 price target (versus a $38.03 close) at RBC Capital Markets.
Stryker Corp. (NYSE: SYK) was started as Underweight with a $107 price target (versus a $108.54 close) at Barclays.
Tobira Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: TBRA) was started with a Buy rating and was assigned as $22 price target (versus a $7.30 close) at H.C. Wainwright.
United Natural Foods Inc. (NASDAQ: UNFI) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.
Wright Medical Group N.V. (NASDAQ: WMGI) was started as Buy with a $23 price objective (versus a $17.05 close) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Wedbush Securities.
