It’s worth noting that the U.S. presidential election has ended, and markets have been pushed to record highs. The question remains as to whether earnings can keep propping up this rally.
Keep in mind that the earnings and revenue estimates may change ahead of the formal reports, and some companies may reschedule reporting dates as well. Also the prices noted in this article were taken on Wednesday.
Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) is set to report its most recent results on Tuesday. The analysts’ consensus estimates call for earnings per share (EPS) of $0.67 and $924.64 million in revenue. Shares were changing hands at $77.75 on Wednesday. The consensus price target is $79.40, and the 52-week trading range is $56.99 to $81.89.
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYSE: AEO) is scheduled to report its fiscal third-quarter results on Wednesday. The consensus estimates are $0.41 in EPS and $940.94 million in revenue. Shares were last trading at $18.58 on Wednesday. The consensus price target is $19.91, and the 52-week range is $12.78 to $19.55.
Guess, Inc. (NYSE: GES) is expected to share its latest quarterly earnings on Wednesday. The consensus estimates call for $0.14 in EPS on $548.37 million in revenue. Shares were trading at $15.81 on Wednesday, in a 52-week range of $13.20 to $22.84. The consensus price target is $17.70.
Ambarella, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMBA) is set to reveal its fiscal third-quarter results on Thursday as well. The consensus estimates call for $0.95 in EPS but $97.7 million in revenue. Shares were trading at $62.66 on Wednesday. The consensus price target is $75.78. The 52-week range is $33.39 to $74.95.
Dollar General Corp. (NYSE: DG) will share its latest quarterly earnings on Thursday. The consensus estimates call for $0.93 in EPS and $5.37 in revenue. Shares were at $79.86 in Wednesday trading, in a 52-week range of $64.10 to $96.88. The consensus price target is $82.96.
Express Inc. (NYSE: EXPR) fiscal third-quarter report is scheduled for Thursday. The consensus estimates are $0.13 in EPS and $498.75 million in revenue. Shares traded at $13.65 on Wednesday. The consensus price target is $13.54, and the 52-week range is $11.28 to $16.38.
Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) is expected to reveal its fiscal third-quarter results on Thursday. The consensus forecast calls for $0.42 in EPS, as well as $26.23 billion in revenue. The stock traded on Wednesday at $33.55 per share. The consensus price target is $35.91, and the 52-week range is $28.71 to $42.75.
Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTA) is scheduled to report its fiscal third-quarter results on Thursday. The consensus analyst estimates call for $1.37 in EPS and revenue of $1.11 billion. Shares traded on Wednesday at $260.42. The consensus price target is $295.18.
