The Finish Line Inc. (NASDAQ: FINL) dropped nearly 34% Tuesday to post a new 52-week low of $6.90 after closing Monday at $10.42. The 52-week high is $24.52. Volume of around 24 million shares traded was more than 20 times the daily average. The company adopted a poison pill agreement and slashed projections after posting poor preliminary earnings last night.

Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NYSE: CHK) posted a new 52-week low of $3.55 on Tuesday, down about 2.7% from Monday’s closing price of $3.65. The stock’s 52-week high is $8.20. Volume totaled around 23 million shares, about 30% below the daily average. The company had no specific news.

General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) dropped about 0.7% Tuesday to register a new 52-week low of $24.29 after closing at $24.47 on Monday. The 52-week high is $32.38. Volume was around 15.7 million, about 60% below the daily average. The company had no specific news.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA) dropped about 3% Tuesday to post a new 52-week low of $15.45 after closing at $15.93 on Monday. The stock’s 52-week high is $52.66. Volume of around 13 million was about 15% below the daily average. The company had no specific news.
