Facebook, Alibaba and More Major Earnings to Look For This Week

Over the course of the past week, markets were largely driven higher as the result of some amazing Dow earnings, not to mention an onslaught of tech earnings last Thursday. All three major exchanges hit new all-time highs last week, and the Nasdaq even notched a 2% gain on Friday alone on the back of tech earnings. The largest earnings week of the season has come and gone, but there are still plenty more big names coming this week.

24/7 Wall St. has put together a preview of some of the top companies reporting their latest results in the coming week. We have included the consensus earnings estimates from Thomson Reuters, as well as the stock price and trading history for these companies ahead of the report.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) third-quarter results are scheduled for Tuesday. The consensus estimates are calling for $0.65 in earnings per share (EPS), on $13.17 billion in revenue. The shares were last seen at $35.60. The consensus price target is $38.35, and the 52-week trading range is $29.83 to $36.78.

Under Armour Inc. (NYSE: UAA) is set to release its most recent quarterly results Tuesday as well. The consensus forecast calls for $0.19 in EPS and $1.48 billion in revenue. Shares ended the week at $16.04. The consensus price target is $18.40, and the 52-week range is $15.75 to $33.45.

Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) will report its most recent quarterly results on Wednesday. The consensus estimates call for $1.28 in EPS and $9.84 billion in revenue. Shares closed trading at $177.88 on Friday, in a 52-week range of $113.55 to $178.20. The consensus price target is $196.18.

Yelp Inc. (NYSE: YELP) third-quarter results also are scheduled for Wednesday. The consensus forecast is a net loss of $0.02 per share on $220.8 million in revenue. Shares were last seen at $45.40. The consensus price target is $41.17. The 52-week range is $26.93 to $46.76.

Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. (NYSE: BABA) is set to release its most recent quarterly results Thursday. The consensus forecast calls for $1.04 in EPS and $7.86 billion in revenue. Shares ended the week at $176.10. The consensus price target is $195.62, and the 52-week range is $86.01 to $184.70.

And Starbucks Corp. (NASDAQ: SBUX) will report its most recent quarterly results on Thursday. The consensus estimates call for $0.55 in EPS and $5.81 billion in revenue. Shares closed trading at $54.88 on Friday, in a 52-week range of $50.84 to $64.87. The consensus price target is $63.98.
