Apple, Caterpillar, Pfizer and More Dow Companies Reporting This Week

Most of the Dow Jones industrial average components have reported their latest quarterly reports, and overall the results have been decent, with a few notable exceptions. Yet the index is only marginally higher than it was two weeks ago.
This week, five of the 30 Dow components are expected to share their results this week. The index has been subject to increased volatility since January, and some investors may have looked to the current earnings season to stabilize it.
24/7 Wall St. has put together a preview of those Dow companies scheduled to report their quarterly results this week. Here, we have included the consensus earnings estimates from Thomson Reuters, as well as the stock price and trading history.
Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) will share its latest quarterly earnings on Monday. The consensus estimates call for $2.73 in earnings per share (EPS) and $13.88 billion in revenue. Shares ended last week at $142.56, in a 52-week trading range of $112.09 to $173.24. The consensus analyst target is $169.96.
Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) will share its latest quarterly earnings before Tuesday’s opening bell. The consensus estimates call for $0.74 in EPS and $13.31 billion in revenue. Shares closed on Friday at $38.41, in a 52-week range of $32.32 to $39.43. The consensus analyst target is $39.80.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) is scheduled to share its quarterly report late on Tuesday. The consensus estimates are $2.18 in EPS on $52.34 billion in revenue. Shares were last seen trading at $190.98. The stock has a 52-week range of $148.13 to $195.96, and the consensus price target is $203.22.
Look for Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG) to report its most recent quarterly results on Tuesday too. Analysts are looking for EPS of $0.90 and $16.54 billion in revenue. The shares were changing hands at $80.58 on Friday’s close. The consensus price target is $81.38, and the 52-week range is $70.73 to $94.67.
And DowDuPont Inc. (NYSE: DWDP) is expected to report its most recent quarterly results before regular trading begins on Thursday. The consensus analyst estimates are $1.30 in EPS and revenue of $23.6 billion. Shares of DowDuPont were trading at $68.37 on Friday’s close. The consensus price target is $81.78, and the 52-week range is $61.27 to $77.08.
