Crude oil backed off in the session. The S&P 500 sectors were almost entirely positive. The most positive sectors were technology, real estate, and consumer discretionary up 2.6%, 1.7%, and 1.4%, respectively. The worst performing sector was financials down 0.3%.
Crude oil was last seen down 0.6% at $59.85.
Gold was last seen trading up 0.5% at $1,307.90.
