Amazon, Chipotle, Ford, Tesla, Twitter and More Major Earnings Coming This Week

Now that the third-quarter earnings reporting season is has kicked off, many more major companies will be sharing their results in the coming weeks. Here, 24/7 Wall St. has put together a preview of the most prominent of the many earnings reports that are expected this week.

We have included the consensus earnings estimates, as well as the stock price and trading history. Be advised that the earnings and revenue estimates may change ahead of the formal reports, and some companies may change reporting dates as well.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (NYSE: CMG) will report its third-quarter results late on Tuesday. Analysts are looking for $3.19 in earnings per share (EPS) and $1.38 billion in revenue. Shares were most recently trading at $841.48, though the consensus price target is just $806.00. The stock has a 52-week trading range of $383.20 to $857.90.

Snap Inc.’s (NYSE: SNAP) third-quarter report also is scheduled for Tuesday after the closing bell. The consensus forecast calls for a net loss of $0.05 per share on $434.61 million in revenue. Shares were trading at $13.52 apiece on Friday’s close. The consensus price target is $17.66, and the 52-week trading range is $4.82 to $18.36.

Expect Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) to release its most recent quarterly results late on Wednesday. The consensus forecast calls for a net loss of $0.41 per share and $6.34 billion in revenue for the third quarter. Shares closed at $255.91. The consensus price target is $256.95, and shares have traded between $176.99 and $379.49 in the past 52 weeks.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc.’s (NASDAQ: AMD) third-quarter report is scheduled for Wednesday after the markets close. The consensus forecast calls for $0.18 in EPS on $1.81 billion in revenue. Shares closed trading at $30.97 on Friday. The consensus price target is $33.48, and the 52-week trading range is $16.03 to $35.55.

eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) is scheduled to report its third-quarter results on Wednesday. The consensus estimates call for $0.64 in EPS and revenue of $2.64 billion. The stock was last trading at $38.82 a share. The consensus price target is $42.18, and the 52-week trading range is $26.01 to $42.00.

Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) also is set to report its third-quarter results late on Wednesday. The consensus estimates are $0.26 in EPS and $34.09 billion in revenue. Shares closed trading at $9.29. The consensus price target is $10.51, and the stock has a 52-week range of $7.41 to $10.56.

Amazon.com Inc.’s (NASDAQ: AMZN) third-quarter report is due after Thursday’s closing bell. The consensus estimates are EPS of $4.60 and $68.79 billion in revenue. Shares closed at $1,757.51. The consensus price target is $2,303.69, and the 52-week range trading range is $1,307.00 to $2,035.80.

PayPal Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: PYPL) is scheduled to report its third-quarter results on Thursday after the close as well. The consensus estimates call for $0.65 in EPS and revenue of $4.35 billion. Shares were last trading at $101.22. The consensus price target is $126.62, and the 52-week trading range is $75.47 to $121.48.

And look for Twitter Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) also to release its most recent quarterly results late on Thursday. The consensus forecast calls for $0.20 in EPS and $874.13 million in revenue for the third quarter. Shares closed at $38.99. The consensus price target is $42.07, and shares have traded between $26.26 and $45.86 in the past 52 weeks.
