Bioceres Increases Stake in Carbon-Neutral Ag Company Bioceres Crop Solutions (BIOX)

Fintel reports that Bioceres S.A. has filed a 13D/A form with the SEC disclosing ownership of 31,560,683 shares of Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (BIOX). This represents 50.2% of the company.

In their previous filing dated July 25, 2022 they reported 23,554,111 shares and 37.80% of the company, an increase in shares of 33.99% and an increase in total ownership of 12.40% (calculated as current – previous percent ownership).

Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. is a fully integrated provider of crop productivity technologies designed to enable the transition of agriculture towards carbon neutrality.
