According to Reuters, nearly half of the investors in Take-Two Interactive (TTWO) have put together a slate of directors to oust the current board and management.

The WSJ reports that Sony (SNE) has created the ability for users of its game platform to create a 3D community that works through its PS3 in the hopes of increasing sales.

The New York Times reports that a fed survey shows a slowdown beginning in some regions.

The New York Times writes that Express Scripts (ESRX) bid for Caremark RX (CMX) may be slowed by regulators.

Barron’s write that Merrill Lynch sees revenue from Oracle (ORCL) in the current quarter at the low end of the projected range.

FT reports that according to a Bank of America report, China has passed the US in auto production buildng 5.2 million cars in 2006 versus 4.4 million in the US.
