Best Buy Sets Clearance Deals

Many of the items offered at Best Buy Co. Inc. (NYSE: BBY) are priced the same as they were in the pre-Christmas shopping season. Apple iPhones, iPads and MacBooks continue to offer savings of between $100 and $300 depending on the product. What the company is promoting now is its online Outlet store, with savings of up to 50% on clearance, open-box, and refurbished products.

An Apple Watch Sport 42mm (MJ3T2LL/A) that Best Buy has discounted $100 to sell for $299 is available as an open-box item for $269, with free shipping. The smaller 38mm version of the same Watch (MJ2X2LL/A) is on sale for $249 and the open-box version is $224.

A Lenovo Yoga 3 2-in-1 Laptop with a 14-inch screen (LENOVO YOGA 3 14 – 80JH000PUS) that carries a regular price of $899.99 is available with clearance pricing of $699.99. A refurbished laptop is offered for $589.99, and an open-box machine is available for $594.99.

Best Buy is also promoting 108 different items from all categories of its inventory as newly discounted. For example, an iPhone-ready in-dash receiver from Pioneer (DEH-X5600HD) is selling for $98.99 on clearance, a savings of $11 from the regular price. A Jam portable Bluetooth wireless speaker (HXP230RD) is selling for $14.99, a savings of 50% off the regular price.

And today’s deal of the day: an LG 60-inch 2160p Smart 4K Ultra HD TV (60UF7300) for $899.99, a savings of $600 from the regular price.
