Something interesting happened today, and it is going to take a hell of a lot more than Danica Patrick to fix it.  GoDaddy’s network has been interrupted.  It appears as though it is not just GoDaddy.com.  It appears to include the (some of or all) websites hosted by GoDaddy as well.

AllThingsD noted that a hacker from the Anonymous group has taken credit and a search over Twitter shows that claim… “By using / supporting Godaddy, you are supporting censorship of the Internet.”

GoDaddy noted on its Twitter Feed… “We’re aware of the issues people are experiencing and we’re still working on it. Thanks for your patience… As an FYI, we’re still working hard to get this resolved quickly… We’re working on it as fast as we can. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.”

As of 3:00 PM EST the Godaddy.com website is still down.

As of 3:06 PM EST the Godaddy.com website is still down.
