Just bought one of those big-screen TVs and need some professional help mounting it on the wall? Or maybe assembling that new gas grill looks more daunting than you thought it would be when you saw it all shiny in the store display? Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) has you covered, provided you live in one of the U.S. metro areas where the company offers Home Services.

The company announced Monday morning that it had added 20 metro areas to its existing stable of areas where it offers customers its Home Services package: handpicked professionals offering upfront pricing on hundreds of helpful services.

Local service providers opt in to where they operate and the services they provide. Customers purchasing items on Amazon that require assembly or installation can include the service as part of their checkout process, or they can read reviews and schedule services directly. Services are backed by Amazon’s Happiness Guarantee, award-winning customer service and free verified purchaser reviews, so customers have the comfort of knowing their job will get done right and on time.
